I made it to Escondido! Our caravan of truck, trailer, horse, two dogs (Aussies), our car and my husband... took us 3 days to do 2,300 miles and we were tired! I did find two very nice stops where you can keep your horse over night AND there is a place for people to stay too. One in Tulsa, the other in Albuquerque.
